The Xavier Co is a brand advisory + consultancy started by Mick Batyske + Carolyn O’Hare.
Mick is an internationally-recognized deejay, entrepreneur, and speaker. As a deejay, he has collaborated with brands + clients such as: Andreessen Horowitz, Instagram, LeBron James, Michelle Obama, Twitter, & Vanity Fair. Mick speaks globally on branding + creativity to clients like Alibaba, MIT, Stanford, and Walmart. He holds an MBA in marketing from John Carroll University.
Carolyn is the COO of Tiny Organics, a DTC child wellness company. She also has CPG experience across various roles with Fiji Water and Beyond Meat. Carolyn holds a BS in economics / mathematics from USC.
Fun fact: The Xavier Co is named after Mick’s son, Myles Xavier Batyske.
